[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It is important to know that when you make up your motion to dismiss, you will only be able to use opinions from the right court of appeals for YOUR area. There are 11 of them. Each have reconsidered court cases from the area that they represent.

First choose a state or territory that your case is in. You will be able to use court decisions from your circuit along with your state, and U.S. Law. And of course you will be able to use the CPS statutes.
